Kachina624 - you're a better woman than I, LOL!  Even though I know you're not suoosed to lift the lid during cooking, I can't resist "tasting" once in awhile.

I use the allrecipes "Slow Cooker Stuffing" submitted by Gayle Wagner.  One change (after reading reviews) 4-1/2 cups chicken stock is too much - it,makes the stuffing soupy.  I start with two cups broth and add maybe another 1/2 cup after it's baked for awhile.

I've also cut the recipe in half with good success.

Sounds wonderful and something that I definitely will try very soon.  One question of mine was asked and answered already--which stuffing mix?  Pepperidge Farm--my favorite.

But I'm wondering whether three eggs are necessary for only 6 ounces of stuffing mix?

Do you think I could get by with only 2 eggs or maybe increase the amount of stuffing, especially with a recipe which says it serves 10 people?
