Pork and Creamed Corn Hot Dish

2 cups cubed, uncooked pork
1 onion, chopped
1/4 cup water
2 or 3 cups sliced celery
salt and pepper
8 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked
15 oz. can creamed corn
10 oz. can cream of chicken condensed soup, undiluted

Brown pork cubes and onions. Add water, celery, salt and pepper. Simmer until pork is tender. Add remaining ingredients.
Place in baking dish and bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until warm.

I would make this with ham that you can already buy cubed.

Hey.......I am a big pork eater, and I have several bags of egg noodles, so this is a doer for me.......except for the (not me) celery........Wink THANKS..........Kiss

My DH will LOVE this...with any meat! He LOVES cream corn! I am going to make this for him some night I am eating just a salad!

Sounds interesting - very unique. I wonder how it will be with smoked turkey, which to me, tastes a bit like ham. I have to use it up somehow, so will try this tonight. TY, OP!
