On the early morning Lock & Lock on 01 26 2014: Christine Pryme talked about a new Banana Nut Bread recipe using pudding mix. Does anyone have this recipe or know where I can find it?

I have posted this many times, my co-worker Donna is known for her banana bread and she gave me the recipe, now you have it!!! Smiley Happy Smiley Happy

Donna’s Banana Bread

1 c sugar

2 c plain flour

1 t baking soda

1 t baking powder

Pinch of salt

1 small box Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding

2 eggs

3 ripe bananas

2 sticks melted butter

½ c chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350*.

Mix the sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and dry pudding mix in one bowl.

In another bowl mix the eggs, bananas and melted butter.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet and stir to mix and add the nuts.

You can bake Donna's Banana Bread in a bundt pan. Bake it a little longer, maybe 50-55 minutes. Oven times will vary. Smiley Happy Smiley Happy This way you'll get 24 nice slices.
