We had this cornbread with a bowl of chicken enchilada soup last night.  It was hard not to eat the entire thing.  One of the best cornbread mixes on the market IMO.

the last couple of times, i used this, it stuck to the pan. I greased/even floured and it still stuck. i think they change up the pkging and wonder if they changed mix too.

I am thinking of making cornbread for our church's chili cookoff.  

I wondered if you gals ever add corn niblets to the batter/mix.

@Puzzle Piece  I've added corn, bacon bits, grated cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeno, etc.
