I want to make my cookie dough ahead of time and bake on a different day. Is it okay to keep in refrigerator and for how many days? Has anyone ever done this? Thanks in advance.

@VirgoGirl ...I do it all the time.  If you know you are leaving it in the fridge for more than 3 days, I would freeze right away, then bake at your convenience.

I did this yesterday, mixed up two different recipes and will bake them tonight or in the morning.

Sometimes cookies turn out better if the dough is refrigerated. Go for it! Woman Happy
