I sprinkle cinnamon over oatmeal, coffee, and popcorn. Those are all easy ways to get a fast cinnamon fix.

 

I also love Chinese 5 Spice, which has cinnamon, star anise, cloves, pepper, and fennel seeds. Chinese 5 spice is also great sprinkled over popcorn, as is curry powder.

I agree with dusty.  Once I used Penzey's Cinnamon I would never use anything else.  I make baked sweet potatoes for supper once a week and always sprinkle cinnamon on them.

I enjoy a dish of vanilla ice cream with a generous sprinkling of cinnamon on top.

Strive for respect instead of attention. It lasts longer.
