Cinnamon chips

So I bought a couple packages of cinnamon chips the other day because they sounded good and different. They are juist like chocolate chips only cinnamon flavored. Now I don't know what to do with them. I'd like to maybe melt them down and use them for a truffle coating or something. Or maybe some kind of cookie? Anyone have any ideas?
