Jacques Pepin featured a recipe on PBS in which he poured a melted chocolate mixture into small muffin papercups and topped them with raspberries or nuts. He also used the same chocolate mixture to combine with rice krispies or potato chips. I missed the part of the show where he gave directions for the chocolate mixture. I don't know if he just melted chocolate chips or if he mixed something with the chocolate. Did anyone see this show? Do any of you great candy cooks have an idea on what to do? The results were so pretty when he took the cooled little tarts out of the paper cups. The chocolate layer was fairly thin. Thanks
