Sounds like a lot of salt.  Even to this salt lover.

Frozen egg noodles?  I've never heard of them.  Not that noodles are hard to cook, but is there some reason frozen should be used?

All my life, I was told that you can not freeze cooked pasta!!  Would love to know if that is wrong!!  Smiley Happy

I always have a small amount leftover when I cook noodles, macaroni etc.

I don't eat much pasta but I do freeze single servings.  I have never frozen noodles but I freeze orichiette.  I also freeze rice.

These are the Reames Frozen noodles.  I use them when I make chicken and noodles.  They taste like homemade.71376611-B209-4E7C-80E2-F0EB8B20D44A.jpeg

Well I'll be.  Reames store locator shows them at the very two stores in my area where I shop.  I'll pick some up next shopping trip.

I've used Reames frozen noodles for years, and they are absolutely like homemade - they're so good. They're thick and you'll notice a bit of flour on them. Reames also makes a great flat dumpling that is excellent in soups or stews.
