I had this posted on a different thread...an "add on" recipe
Chicken Tetrazzini
1/4 pound spaghetti..cooked and drained
melt together:
1 pint sour cream sour cream
1 stick butter
add:
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chopped cooked chicken OR turkey
Mix everything together. put in greased casserole dish.
Top with
parmesan cheese...freshly grated
Cook at 350* til bubbly. It will be a bit on the soupy side so don't add anymore spaghetti. The soupyness goes away after it is refrigerated.
