This makes for a refreshing drink for weddings, and graduations! You can use real champagne or sparkling white grape juice!
10 oz. frozen raspberries in syrup, thawed
3 1/4 cups white champagne or 24.4 oz. bottle sparkling white grape juice, chilled
1 pt. raspberry sherbet, softened
1 qt. 7-Up
In a mini food processor, puree raspberries until smooth; strain. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine raspberrie puree, champagne and softened sherbet. Stir until frothy and well blended. add 1 qt 7-Up
