Okay.
Here's my review. It was delicious and I would make it again. I have a convenction oven and I preheated the pizza stone, which probably helped it crisp up nicely. It was much more filling than traditional pizza, and not as addictive. I was very satisfied with two pieces and it was not a large pizza. However, if anyone thinks it tastes and feels the same as a bread crust, it doesn't. I think you will be disappointed if you have your heart set on that.

Thank you. I got my pizza stones from Pampered Chef. I've had them for many years - they are excellent.

It looks wonderful! I wonder if you rolled it thinner if it would crisp up more. I used to like a thicker crust, but now I prefer a thinner, crisper crust. Does anyone know?

Next time I make it I'm going to split it into two thinner crusts, which I prefer anyway. I was afraid it wouldn't hold together if it was too thin, but it's worth the experiment.
