Just wanted to tell you I made your White Zinfandel Sangria for our 4th of July celebration-it was wonderful! Your original thread on here would not allow me to comment again, but just wanted you to know it was a hit and we will be making this again. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup}

Here is the recipe again, in case you missed it.

/>

I haven't had sangria since my daughter Robin made it for a wedding shower we threw a few years ago..........and I'd never made it because we only drink White Zinfandel when we have it at home or out in a restaurant. I always thought sangria was made with red or white wine........pink? Really?

When I got this recipe in an email from the Ezra Pound Cake blog, it looked so pretty and so refreshing in the photos. Why not give it a try?

<span style=
I make this all year round and use whatever fruit I have on hand-for this one, I happened to have peaches, strawberries and oranges. The Grand Marnier and peach schnapps really add a nice flavor to the wine....and the fruit is mighty tasty too!

This is a real treat. What I love about this is it's made up ahead and read to mix and serve.....perfect for a party. Oh, and the last photo? I just couldn't resist. I love this wine glass...it says it all.

CHEERS!!!!!!!
