I was surprised to see this thread pop up again.

 

You are going to love this recipe.

 

I host a LOT of events where I do all the cooking for 30-50 people.  This is my go to recipe and everyone, and I mean EVERYONE loves it. 

 

It is so much easier to prepare than a M & C recipe with a bechemel sauce making it perfect when cooking a large quantity.

 

We only have it for special occasions.

 

We have lovingly nicknamed it "Heart Attack M & C" in our family since I relayed to them the hullabaloo surrounding this recipe when it first posted.

 

As others mentioned, it is a large recipe.  Be sure to reduce if you want less servings.

As written, it is BIG!
