Use as many peaches as it takes to cover a 13x9 dish.   Cover with a whole box of dry cake mix; no eggs, no oil, no water.   Dot with a stick of butter, and bake.   So simple and easy.

@house_cat Totally overlooked peaches on a lettuce leaf with shreaded chedder or cottage cheese.  Then you could make a fruit salad or put mixed fruit over angel food cake with whipped cream.

I've made the peaches/yellow cake mix that was suggested, and it's great....like a "dump cake". Seems like I used two cans of peaches. I've also used canned peaches in a cobbler.

Also, you can drain a can of peaches, dice them, and serve them on top of French toast - sprinkle with a little cinnamon and light pancake syrup.

I like to add chopped peaches to pancake batter. Yum. Just be sure to drain the peaches well and pat dry with paper towels. 

Canned peaches will also work in any peach crisp or cobbler recipe.

You can cut them up and add to a salad with a vinegrette. You can add them to a shake. You can cut them up and add them to salsa.
