Cabbage rolls

Does anyone have a good cabbage roll receipe that they could share? I would like to make them today. Also, what is the best way to remove the cabbage leaves from the head of cabbage - I have boiled the whole head of cabbage before but then the leaves usually ripe etc. (It's been a mess fpr me - but love cabbage rolls) Thanks so much!!
