I have a recipe I want to try from this month's Woman's Day magazine. It calls for falafel mix. I've never used it and don't feel like running out to get it. If someone could describe it for me, I probably have something similar I could substitute for it.

Lentil, Roasted Pepper and Spinach Vegetable Loaf
2 large eggs
2 tbsp. olive oil
15 oz. can lentils
1 sm. red onion finely chopped
2 cups baby spinach chopped
1 jarred roasted red pepper cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 oz. crumbled feta cheese
1 6 oz. pkg. falafel mix
Bake 30-35 minutes at 375 degrees.
