Broccoli Apple Salad 🥦🍎

I found this on Facebook and it is delicious. 

4 cups of broccoli florets

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup diced red onion

2 lg. apples chopped

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/2 cup dried cranberries

 

Dressing

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

2Tbs. Lemon juice

1 Tbs sugar

salt and pepper to taste

 

Combine

Looks delicious.  I might add a cup of shredded cheddar cheese just because I like it in salads.

@QVCkitty1 Wish I had seen this before I made a different salad. I have all the ingredients and it would have been a refreshing change. Might try it soon.
