Throw everything in the crockpot!
2 pounds chicken

can of chicken broth

2 packages of cream cheese

2 tablespoons ranch seasoning,

salt and pepper.

Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Once finished, shred chicken and add 1.5 cups cheddar. Set aside 1/2 cup cheese for topping. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and green onions over the top! Perfect as a dip, slider or lettuce wrap!

I would think those 8 ounce bricks @Mizglitz . I'm actually thinking I'd try this and make two different meals. I'd use the breasts for a chicken and mashed potato dinner. Then I'd shred the rest, and add the cheese and other ingredients for sliders.
