YUM-YUMMMMM!  It's strange 'cause I'm a pathetic cook, but this was a SUPER hit!

Eddy called it!  My woof-woof just had to taste test it after standing by watching mama cook it, afterall, macaroni is always an Eddy favorite!

Just made a couple of tweaks:  omitted the garlic powder; added basil and chopped xxx-sharp cheddar cheese.   I also baked the bacon:  it's less fattening that way -duh - 'cause you'll go back for seconds!

Thanks for the review @eddyandme. That would taste great with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on the side.

Had whipped cream, but would have preferred the ice cream you mentioned....
