Ben Vaughn new cookbook called Southern Routes is missing hot beef sandwich

Anybody get this cookbook? Anybody have the hot beef sandwich recipe? I'm so disappointed! TIA

I can't find the hot beef sandwich recipe with cheese and pickles, also it is supposed to have 288 pages but only has 273!

My copy has 273 pages also, but Truck Stop Hot Beef Sandwich is on Page 239 -- AllGood Cafe.  Listing on Amazon.com also shows 288 pages.
