I just made some yesterday for dinner. Normally I slow cook a beef chuck roast in the crock pot but I cooked it slowly in the oven on Saturday. We never cut ours in cubes because we've always served it separately from the noodles. I've had it both ways and both are good. I use the broth and cook noodles (some Amish type brand from the grocery store). Of course, it is served over (homemade) mashed potatoes.
I had leftovers for lunch today!
