clean corn and place loosely in plastic wrap (it will adhere to corn when cooking

- in microwave for 3 minutes

2 ears - 3.5 minutes

slather in butter and salt - yum

I shuck mine, put it in a small disposable "roasting" pan.  Just enough water to sit the corn it, cover with tin foil and toss it on the side of the grill while my other veg and protien are cooking. 

One of the best things I ever found for corn came from pampered chef, little green skewers that you can boil with the corn and they stay cool. 

Love summer veggies on the grill!

Microwave in a paper towel. So easy, no dishes to clean up. Cook asparagus the same way.
