BBQ Cups

1 pound ground beef

1/2 cup BBQ sauce

3/4 small onion

1 to 2 Tablespoons brown sugar

1 (12 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits

3/4 cup cheddar cheese...shredded

Seperate dough into 12 biscuits. Grease 10 muffin cups. In skillet brown ground beef. Drain. Stir in BBQ sauce, onion and brown sugar. Put 1 biscuit into each muffin cup and press up the sides forming a 1/4 inch rim. Divide the beef mixture among the 10 muffin cups. Sprinkle with chees. Bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool for a couple of minutes before you remove them from the pan.

Great recipe - reminds me of a book that I finished a few weeks ago called ""Death on Eat Street"" - the main character owns a food truck called the biscuit bowl and serves all kinds of sweet and savory things out of little biscuit bowls.

This recipe could have been for mud pies w/ stones and I would still have smiled and got excited to see lilbit! This sounds perfect to take to our next Sat. night church group!!
