London Broil

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/2 cip apple juice

1 Tablespoon brown sugar

several shakes of Meat Tenderizer

1 small can crushed pineapple with juice

1 Tablespoon oil

1/4 cup green onions with tops...chopped

salt and pepper to taste

1 1/2 pound Flank steak OR thick Round steak

Mix everything but meat together. Mix well and add meat. Marinate for 24 hours. You can either broil meat or BBQ it. The meat should be medium rare in the middle. Extra marinade sauce can be made and boiled with some cornstarch to ticken for a sauce.

I'm going to try your marinade. I""m making flank steak for Fathers Day and was going to throw bottled Italian dressing over it for a marinade. [the easy way out]

Flank steak is one of my favorite meats to grill, usually marinated in teriyaki sauce. This looks so good I'm going to try it instead. Thanks!
