Poodlepet2..I use saf yeast also and haven't noticed any of the recipes I have tried specify what kind of yeast to use, and so far I haven't had a failure. So I say go ahead and use the yeast you have. Let me know about the seasoned flour if you don't mind. I haven't tried that one yet.
