Re: Anyone Planning their Easter Menu Yet?

[ Edited ]

I’m making far too much, but can’t cut anything!

Ham - have no idea what kind; I usually make a tiny ham nugget for ma and me, but this is going to be a larger party. I did find a crock pot recipe that I think we’ll try, in order to free up the oven for the following:

Paula Deen’s corn casserole (so bad for you that I hate to make it. Will make a double batch. Nothing will be left)

Mashed garlic cauliflower (in place of potatoes, a request of my brother)

Roasted zucchini and tomato bake (I always look up recipes and try to make different things each holiday. This and the one after are this year’s Google search winners.)

Roasted squash, carrots and walnuts (the only item with no cheese! Was going to take off, but ma said it was something she could eat so keeping it too!)

French Silk Pie

Fruit

I would love to be at your Easter table.  I love leg of lamb & pan roasted browned potaotoes.  My all time favorite meal.

Re: Anyone Planning their Easter Menu Yet?

My mother used to have this same pan and made it for us  when we were kids - many years ago.  My sister still has the pan.
