How about putting it all in a slow cooker. Add some wine or beer for flavor.I do that a lot with beef or chicken. It comes out great.Sometimes I add a can of crushed tomatoes too.Yummy!!

Google “sheet-pan dinners”.  The meat and the vegetables are fantastic when they are oven cooked, all you need is a sheet pan that is about 1 inch deep, and I line it with foil. Everything bakes in about 30-35 minutes and then you roll up the foil and throw it away.

I have never had chicken and brussels sprouts taste better than when they were baked in the oven on a sheet pan drizzled with a little olive oil and spices.

Put those ingrediants in a search bar and see what comes up.

I shared this one a few years ago.  It's still a favorite.

I make what I call my woodcutter's supper. I  put in Kielbasa first and then, potatoes  cook it for a bit ,and then add  then a layer of green beans. I make this in a dutch oven. I cover with water, and cook for a bit, then I add cut up corn on the  cob, and cook a few minutes longer.

I agree put it all in a slow cooker.  I'd add sauerkraut and forget the peppers.  Or if not a slow cooker just a big deep frying pan on top of the stove.  I love kiebasi and sauerkraut - never thought to add potatoes or green beens but I will.  Thanks for the idea!

I'd layer them in a slow cooker. I'd add onion slices on the bottom, potatoes, green beans, polski, sliced pepper and cover either with vegetable or beef broth, or beer. My favorite though would be to skip the sweet peppers and add a can or bag of sauerkraut (with about a tablespoon of brown sugar sprinkled on top).

@cookinfreak   Well, you'll get a two-fer from me on this thread.  Here's another recipe, the one I was actually thinking of when I posted the first one. They're both flexible for your tastes and equally delicious.
