A Question About Garlic.............

I have not found fesh garlic very usable these days, as most is already spouting and such, so..........Do you or have you used the garlic from out of the jars with good success, and saving time and effort at the same time.................{#emotions_dlg.unsure} ( By the way, I am meaning minced galic, not the whole cloves..........but they may produce a bette result)
