I made this today in my slow cooker to avoid heating my oven as it is 90 degrees outside.

1 pkg. Brown gravy mix

1 pkg. Ranch seasoning mix

1 pkg. Italian seasoning mix

2 pkg. Lean stew meat

Mix all dry ingredients with 2 cups water.

Place stew meat in slow cooker, and pour mixed seasonings over the meat.

Start on high for 2 hours, then on low for 3 hours.

This is good served over rice, with honey glazed baby carrots, and mashed potatoes with sour cream and chives. Brown rolls top this meal off.   👍

I've made this before but never tried it with stew meat. Good way to keep cool😺

Sounds yummy. I'm not sure what seasoning mix is. Do you mean salad dressing mix like Good Seasons ? Thanks. I'm thinking of using my crockpot a lot this summer. We made pulled chicken in the crockpot yesterday and served it on some nice rolls.

Hi Serena, yes I am referring to the packets that are salad dressing mixes. Enjoy your day. 😎
