I think that the Christmas tree cupcake did it for me, @momtochloe! That thing was hilarious, and when I saw the little round colored decor balls on there, I started to laugh even harder! LOL!!

Well they tried, but when in doubt I'd order from a bakery or deli.  The ingredients aren't cheap and there were some colossal failures in those pictures.

Tee hee, coincidently FN is running rerungs of previous episodes of Worst Cooks in America and one of them had one of the cookie fails . . . at least they have great instructors to put them on the right path.

I laughed at every single one of them-especially the eggs: they would be great for Halloween!  They all left me wondering "how could something end up so wrong?" I think for some of the cakes perhaps the cake wasn't sufficiently cooled prior to frosting-but heaven knows I am in no position to judge decorating skills! Thank you posting Mfc: I really, really enjoy your posts and recipes finds!

Oh thank you so much @Poodlepet2, what a great way to start off my 2017! . . . tee hee, I am a tad sensitive when it comes to these types of things as a few years ago I was totally in the weeds in terms of cooking so this used to hit home to me.  Like I said, watching the reruns of Worst Cooks in America I can literally see pieces of myself in there . . .
