Q - your graphics are way too small and too light to be read during this jewelry show. if you do not want us to read the graphics about products, then please don't put them on the screen. but perhaps you want us to know the name of the product - and maybe the price? just guessing. by the by, this is not the first time for this "suggestion"

ms traditional talks to ms traditional
ok - i spoke too soon. the light small gray graphics east west (unreadable) are back - but appear to be alternating with block on the left (readable)- so i don't think you responded to me. anyway, you get the point.

Ms - I don't watch enough to be certain, but, I think that QVC HD shows graphics on the left and if you have QVC Plus and they are showing "previously recorded" shows, then the graphics remain on the left. If they are broadcasting Plus "live", then graphics are on the bottom because Plus is not high def. Just a thought. Sorry for the run-on sentence.

thanks Luv.........for rescuing me from talking to myself. i am looking at Jill's show - live - now - QVCHD - and the small gray graphics are now on the bottom. i would have to move 10-12 feet right up to the screen to decipher the turquoise price - can't read the description at all. in the preview one or two of the graphics was in the block on the left. so they are switching them around, i guess at producer's whim. just think we ought to be able to read them. apparently i am alone. you're right - i have noticed more readable graphics on Plus. ok - i'll be quiet now.

They're hoping to convince you that you need a larger television. 50" or 60" will do.

I agree the graphics at the bottom of the screen are unreadable and since the hosts pretend that easy pay payments are the actual price of the item, I have to get up and move closer to the TV to see the actual price.

you're probably right. mine is good sized - and the right size for its spot. should be an indication that their graphics are not sized properly ---when the closed captions i always have on (to help me with those British accents on PBS, etc) are larger by far than the Q graphics. LOL.

Kachina, you are right! if i didn't have my computer fired up all the time, i wouldn't have a clue about the price - or the product description.

I can't read them, either...so I don't watch...I am not going to strain to see the cost...and I don't always have my computer up and running...I don't know why the jewelry shows have to be different..
