Are they having 24 + hours of beauty on qvc , when they have a channel exclusively geared to beauty products?

Because they can?  I agree it's tedious.

The beauty channel isn't as wide spread as the Q.

I really save a lot of money on boring days like this one.

And why is it that on any beauty show whenever a lip product is being sold, lipstick or lip gloss or whatever, the models have to go back and forth with it over their lips 10 times and then smoosh their lips together over and over and over and over again? Do women actually do that? I have always applied it with a lip brush (or not) till the color is on my lips and that's it, finito, none of that smooshing and smooshing my lips together.

I would love less It Cosmetics and more Tarte.

I agree, this is a no go for me. Saved money though. But for those who are into beauty, hope you enjoy!

I think I read in the past that beauty products have the highest markup of any category.  So on a day when millions did not watch as much QVC because of the wedding coverage, QVC probably wanted to capitalize on any beauty product sales to try to keep their revenue stream as high as possible (potentially less customers buying,  but still ridiculously high profit margins per sale).
