[Hooty]

I ordered two items on June 14th and they are still showing "in process" and the EDD is June 20th, which is Monday!  Has anyone else had this problem before?  Just curious, TIA!

@Hooty  I have had orders show 'in process' right up to delivery.  Not often but a few times.  I hope your items have shipped and just didn't get updated.

Things seem to have slowed up this month.

I've got 6 clothing items "in process".  It doesn't do any good to post here about shipping.  You'll get them sooner or later.  You must be patient.

Added: I just checked and 5 items shipped today.

I have had a CS rep give me a 12 day delivery, @Hooty. When I inquired, she told me that I would probably get it in ten days, but she just wanted to be safe. I get two day delivery with Prime Amazon. When I hear 12 days, it seems likes it's going around the world first.

@Kachina624, Excuse me, but I just asked a question, I've been ordering from QVC for many years, and never experienced this particular concern before!  I know I will get them sooner or later and if I don't I know to call and inquire!

I placed an order with Amazon Friday and unexpectedly got it Saturday.  I don't know how they did that.

You really can't compare Amazon and QVC...two entirely different types of operations.  Although Amazon probably ships much more, the Q is running a 24/7 TV program which takes a huge number of staff people that could otherwise be shipping.  I never am in such dire straits to receive merchandise that I find it necessary to watch every move it makes in tracking.  I bet they're sorry they ever started it.

I am waiting for orders placed on the 14th also. I think the Q's shipping is outrageous!!!

Truthfully I don't know why I shop here at all.I do it out of habit,I think !   Usually I will give it 2 days if not shipped, on day 3 , I cancel my order.

  (BTW ,that is almost a sure way to get it shipped..lol )

Their tracking never works anyway...............

Yes. I have had it happen.  I never did get the initial shipment.  I had to place another order.  Thank goodness the product I wanted was still available.
