I do not like the changes, I hate going to a category and not having the pictures of items just a description where you have to click on each item to see. Your new shipping is horrible it takes forever and gets pricey pretty quick with multiple items. Customer service use to be friendly and helpful after yesterday's experience I am greatly disappointed not helpful bordered on rude. I have done a lot of shopping on qvc and recommended you to family and friends I will now be looking for other online options. Change is usually a good thing not this time I hate your new Web site.

I don't have a problem finding anything but for my purposes, it seems like an extra step has been created to get anywhere. Depending on what screen you are on - example - I am on the forums and want to check an order status but hot picks from this screen covers most of the order status and often the drop downs seem to not work properly.
