[why again]

I am really get sick and tired of QVC offering shipping and handling but the websited still charges shipping in handling for hours after midnight.  Once hour later and still adds in shipping.   Actually it worked right a midnight and then when I came back to it 2 mimutes later it was back to adding shipping and handling.   Just more reason for me to shop elsewhere. 

I really wish QVC could get it act toghether especially on the website.  It goes down hill everyday. If the want to attract younger buyers they need an excellent website they woudlnt put up with this and they are not going to call.

No issues here, ordering happily away with free shipping.

Sounds like on your end, change browsers, maybe have a computer knowledgeable friend help.

Or QVC Customer Service, they're very good.

I didn't have any issues either but did on a free ship day a few weeks ago. I was sick so I didn't want to call into customer service (took too much energy) so I ordered with the ship charge and then emailed the awesome qvc social team for help. 

They quickly responded and said to email them back once it shipped. I did, it was credited and super easy!

I bought 4 items on Lunchtime Specials this week.  I could have held them on save in case Sunday was free ship day.  But I bet they all would have been gone in my size, so I'm still happy.
