Free shipping is fine unless you return a large heavy item that  came from a vendor instead of a QVC facility. You aren't a bulk shipper and will pay the going rate, as I know from sad experience.

@QVCJH - Regardless of which entity shipped the item, you should qualify for the QVC return rate because they are the entity from which you ordered. It may not be a really cheap rate, but it should be less than the standard rate. In this case, it sounds like it's too late to rectify the situation, but always try to contact QVC if you have concerns about issues like this—the Social Team in particular has advanced training in customer service and can be especially helpful: QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com
