No return label included in package

I’m so tired of ordering items and no return label included. Seems to happen on the more expensive items I order. Normally I would place it on the package and give it to my mailman. Easy. HSN always has a label enclosed in my purchases. Not a happy customer!

These merchants don't include a slip either: Walmart, Target, Macy's, Amazon, etc. I prefer not to have a slip. No need for it.

@Margo777 , I agree with @San Antonio Gal , most other retailers do not attach a return label and I don't need one and don't want one. Ironically, I ALWAYS get one. I just don't get why others don't receive one. I toss them in the trash as soon as I open the package. On the rare occasion I have to return an item, maybe 1-2X per year, I just print a label.

@cjm61. Customers who get their merchandise from the Ontario warehouse typically don't get invoices.

I usually get one but if I don't I scan the QR code available via Order Status page, start a return, and the UPS people print the label. Fast and easy as long as you have UPS facility nearby.

It's a new thing with the Q. All you do is go to the item you want to return, view your order and where it says start a return just click on it and follow the prompts. They will email you a code to take to either UPS or USPS. All you have to do is box it up.

I've been getting more return labels included lately than I was several months ago, so I do think customer complaints have made a difference.

When I don't get one and need to return, I print out my return label since I still have a working printer (for now🤞). I do take mine into UPS or USPS, but I think the self-printed labels are the same as the ones you receive so I don't see why you couldn't leave it in your mailbox. I haven't tried the QR code yet.

One of the upsides of printing your own labels (or using the QR code I assume) is that I seem to get an acknowledgement of my return much faster than when I use an included label. And I get my refund faster too.
