Watching the Quacker Factory show. They just showed a Christmas "Yuletiddings" sweater (a259320). Isn't it spelled "Yuletidings"? Or am I missing something?

You're absolutely right.

Some of the folks at QVC have trouble with spelling (or perhaps typing).  They often come back and fix whatever the error might be.

OP is, of course, correct;  sometimes I wonder why spellcheck doesn't do a good job with titles and captions, etc.

Also want to say that Angel looked radiant when I saw her.

Well, Yuletidings isn't a word either, so someone was trying to be too cute by inventing a new word.  Where have we heard that before??

I remember when they used to call them "proofreaders," and they were humans, not computers. It seems those who should know how to spell-- because it's part of their job-- don't. And when you depend on a computer to do it for you, that doesn't always work.
