It’s probably too late now but if you had called CS they might have added the promo to your order. Sorry you missed it. It was a really good deal, especially if the item you wanted was on Free Shipping.

I don't have these problems with places I shop.  Seems to be QVC doesn't, and hasn't for some time, had a clue what they are doing.  People complain about this all the time.  

There's often a "gotcha" to their promotions.  Use only midnight to 3 a.m. in the third day after the dark of the moon on the first day of autumn .  .  .

@RescueLover Well my point was that Shawn was using the code on a clearance item, when the restrictions said read that it could not be used on clearance items.  In my case, I did not really need whatever it was that I was trying to order.  I am just finding shopping with QVC more and more frustrating due to confusing and somewhat unfair policies.  Thanks for your response.  I am going to take a deep breath now, lol.  Have a good day.
