Check your orders

I ordered something with the 20% off and I didn't get it.  It showed the discount before I hit the place order.    If this isn't corrected I am done shopping  here.  I have had nothing but issues with orders.

@BalletBabe  Email QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. Give them your order number and the amount. I am sure they will make it right. I am assuming you used the app to order.

@elated  I did that last night and woke up to an email that they will credit my account once I receive the  order.   Thanks to Melvin.
