Earlier this week I ordered a pearl necklace. I was thrilled when I was informed it would be delivered today (Friday). When the package arrived, I opened it to find a pair of rose colored ball earrings. I called customer service and they were pleasant enough. I was told to mail it back and there would be no charge for shipping. Once they receive the returned order they will send out the correct item. Well all that is well and good, but this is about the fourth time this has happened in the last two years. I am getting very tired of this. I do a fair amount of shopping online. I cannot remember the last time this has happened with any other vender. I have been a Q customer for at least 15 years. I don't remember this happening three or four years ago. What is going on with the shipping department? Has anyone else had this problem?

In all the years I've shopped at QVC, it's happened once. Last month I ordered an as is fleece cowl neck top. I received a fleece top, no cowl neck. I'm sure it was related to it not being in the original packaging though. Shipping the wrong item when it's clearly marked is another story though.

Same here, in all the years I've ordered from the Q I haven't had a shipping error until now. I received some one else'es order with no merchandise. I was shipped a box with an empty shoe box and another customers invoice. Called CS and they took care of it, no problem.My only concern was I didn't like having some one else'es info and I'm assuming who ever got my order has my invoice and info.

I got someone else's navy Bob Mackie jacket a month or so ago but haven't had a problem with any of my orders. Once in a great while I'll order something from Ulla Popken, which I did recently. It took about 2 weeks to get the order and it was a totally different item from what I'd ordered. I immediately returned it almost 3 weeks ago and am still waiting for my replacement. Now that's rotten service.

Just had this happen to me for the first time. I called CS and the rep was very nice. She said that once I sent the item back, they would ship my original order. I sent it back, got the refund but QVC did not send me the item I originally ordered. I wonder if they hired some new people and didn't train them properly.

{#emotions_dlg.blink} This has happened to me a few weeks ago. I ordered 14C. gold earrings [hoops] for myself and I got in the mail a set of 6 earrings from SG. I called the customer service sent it back got my refund but, like the other member never got my earrings.. Now every month I have to check and make sure it was not charged on my CC. Very annoyed with QVC. I think my order was shipped to the wrong address the person who received it saw they were gold and kept them!!{#emotions_dlg.mad}
