I just called QVC customer service about the same thing. I ordered shoes several days ago, and they are still "In Process". I also have some items I ordered Feb. 27th and 28th-they are in New Jersey at some mail facility, and have been there without moving. Customer Service never has an answer about this, and eventually, the rep. hung up on me. I was not rude to her-she just hung up. I think the reps are getting fed up with complaints about not receiving items. By the way - the rep told me today that the estimated date of arival means nothing-it is just a "estimate". I have been a customer of QVC, but for about the last year or so, it has gone downhill, and the worst thing is that complaints seem to go on deaf ears.

like I said, this is my first order, but I order alot from others, mainly Ama...n,never,ever a problem. I know the EDD is an estimate but its already past so it won't even be close at this point. I find it amazing that my $750 order is lost in space

They should be able to track your order and let you know where it is. If it doesn't show up soon when you inquire again ask to speak to the supervisor who may have more time to help you out. This business of charging your credit card when your item ships is something they need to look into stopping if they can't have the item delivered to the customer in 7 to 10 business days. The credit card should be charged when the item is delivered.

The USPS does not update their tracking from the time it's in that NJ place until it's delivered so don't think it's sitting there not moving. It'll suddenly and unexpectedly will show up in your mailbox. If there's no tracking, talking to a supervisor won't help; they see the same thing you see. The tracking is the responsibility of the shipper, not QVC.
