When you have a policy which allows customers to retain and use products for 30 days before deciding to return them, you should NOT try to resell those 30-day used items for full price under the umbrella of "new merchandise". Discount them and put them in the outlet or sell as an "as is" item with a discount.
I ordered a $248 + tax + shipping handbag only to recieve it wadded up, without protective wrapping, with water spots on the bottom and a scratch in the leather handle. Now, not only am I disappointed and distrustful about ordering but I now have to waste my time driving this box off to the post office to return it.
Which one of your unsuspecting customers is going to recieve it in the mail next?
