I agree. Q is still functioning like it's the 1990s and it doesn't work. They failed to evolve and that's why they're in so much financial trouble.

Recently I was wondering with a friend who watches the Q why Mally wasn't listed as a host under the "Meet our hosts" tab. She no longer does makeup and is on regularly with regular shows here.  She is a host.

 

I have mentioned before that Mally lived in my town and I used to see her around shopping at various stores, etc. However I haven't seen her for more than a year and just the fact that she's on the Q all the time we were wondering if she moved.
