Why is QVC doing this now?

Now when you order something they take the amount out of your account whatever it is credit/debit immediately. They used to wait until the item shipped before they did that. When it is your debit account they take money out of your checking account and keep it for however many days it is until they get the item you ordered mailed to you. They are using our money for days and that doesn't seem right.
