WHY NO TRACKING

Why does the Q brag about tracking on our items being shipped to??????? The darn page is ALWAYS blank--no results. This has been going on forever, doesn't it bother anyone else?

I just checked mine ... I know exactly where my packages are .. I never had a problem with tracking.
