Why Q2

Why are items recently aired not shown on Q2 until after the show is aired?

I wanted to see what they were selling...but can only see 1 item at a time! How are we expected to purchase (clearance/limited number of items) if we cannot see what they are selling in real time?

I posed this to the social team but no one ever asked my question.

@Mom2Dogs You can see the items recently aired on Q2 if you click on Watch QVC2 Live. It shows the items below the live screen.

@Mom2Dogs - Unfortunately, this has been a problem for several years. As noted in the previous comment, if you click "Watch QVC2TV" during a show, you can see at least a few of the recently aired items displayed below the live feed. And annoyingly (or happily if you're a fan), if you download the QVC app, you can see all of the items recently on air for Q2 anytime.

I just took it that that's how they do things, & make programs. Which actually is like selling it twice so to speak, with less effort.

What I don't get is why do they say "Through this show only price." ? Cause the next day, the same show will be aired on the Q2 or 3. ?

AND I don't know understand something(& how to get back to this question too). I came on here looking for a way to post about Mally's "new concepts " in cosmetics ( I believe how it's worded). How do i post?

@loriqvc Thanks, NOT using the app and I did notice that I could not see all items that had aired...just a few.

This morning when I checked on line several shows (already aired) were not even available to view! They sure make it difficut to shop.

I have a similar question....why the heck can't they do what HSN does?? You can actually see the items that will be presented in upcoming shows on the program schedule 24 hours in advance!! Hello??!!

We dont even get Q2 on Comcast. but we do get HSN2 which is all reruns.

Product lineups are not finalized until the show starts and items may not be available until the presentation to avoid a sell out.
