I was in my wishlist an hour ago and it worked.  When I saw this thread I went in it again and I get the message currently not available.  This happened the last time there was free shipping.

You could set your clock by the fact that this stinky, poorly managed website will be virtually dysfunctional anytime and everytime there is anything offered that smacks of an honest to goodness customer incentive. Sad but true, especially since they come along so rarely...

It just moves from one issue to another. Now, there is NOTHING in my saved for later. There were a few items I was hoping to purchase. Not now!

This is weird. When I checked my saved items using my iPad, everything was there.

When I checked using my laptop, several items were gone. So I placed the order using my iPad.

I've been using my MacBook Air for a couple of hours, my wish list comes and goes.  This entire website is not designed for all of the traffic it should support!

I was having problems with my wish list, too, but last time this happened, I found that if you simply refresh the page every couple of minutes, sometimes it will appear and you can review items or add them to your cart. (And you'll have to keep doing that; just because it magically appears once doesn't mean it will stick around.) Good luck!

@QPrincess - I had problems with that earlier today, but I found that if you add an item to your cart, the "Saved for Later" section will reappear so you can adjust your cart and check out as desired. (The section also sometimes reappears if you refresh the page after it has fully loaded.) There's a lot of customer traffic today, and the site is struggling as always, but hang in there and try to be patient—it is frustrating, but you can complete your transactions if you just keep trying. Good luck!

I have given up on trying to order anything on free ship days. Either you can't get into your wishlist or you can but can't put it in the cart. Or, you get it in the cart and can't complete your order. It's a real cluster****. Not every company offers free shipping, but every company I deal with offers free shipping after you spend a certain dollar amount. And most offer free returns. Time for the Q to get on the bandwagon and re- think some of their policies. In this day and age, you have to remain competitive in the current market.

@BunSnoop  That happened to me on the last free ship day. Today it's working for me! I can't believe it's just a coincidence that so many people are having this problem.
