Hello again,

I know q has readers because I got an answer about my reviews saying items "are no longer available" when they were current and for sale! All the American West I reviewed were wrong in that area. Nothing has been fixed.

I agree with you who wish this new "improvement" could be fixed. I'm not shopping, just writing once in a while until.......

Since they get to post here now, I'm sure more actually read as well. But I doubt they'll count the people who like it vs the one's that don't. I'm seeing a lot that do, and I think if you click a few buttons and familiarize your self with it, you will find it easy. I know all about hating change, but there's not many internet sites that are the same as they were a couple years ago.

I think if you've enjoyed shopping here the one losing out is you.

Yikes, I'm older than almost anyone else here and so far I've managed to find what I need. A little trial and error is good for my brain - or at least that's what everyone keeps telling me.

Agreed. The new site isn't difficult to figure out (I'm 60). I'm not sure it was an ""improvement"" but it's certainly no more difficult to get through than it was before.

I can dig my way around the new format and eventually find what I need BUT I cannot deal with NO VIDEOS. Where are they? Why have they been removed? This is equally as bad as not showing sizing during a fashion show. How on earth does QVC think we decide on a clothing item? No wonder they have so many returns. If anyone knows where (or why) they have hidden the videos, I would really like to know - thanks.

I was just looking at several clothing lines, and the videos were there. If it happens to be something that hasn't actually been presented on air, that wouldn't have a video, but the others are there. At least they're showing for me, I'm on a regular computer.
